​How Do I Place An Order?

Orders are simple and easy to place via the product page -

1. Place the order via our product page selecting the appropriate options from the drop menus.

2. Provide any information about the details you wish to include in the notebox section (alternatively, please provide a note containing the information when sending the inclusions) and select whether to add engraving to your keepsake!

3. Purchase at the checkout.

4. Send your inclusions to the address below.

5. Wait around 3-4 days (UK) from when the inclusion arrive at the address for your keepsakes to be returned to you!

6. Review, like and share! <3

Returns & Refunds

Typically refunds are not provided on keepsakes as they are personalised and tailored specifically to you and cannot be resold. If a product is damaged needs redoing or needs replacing, please contact us at memorialmakes@hotmail.com and we will provide a solution that suits you.
